HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE & DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! All shipping price information can be found here.
Some international orders may be subject to import or custom charges outside of the UK/EU. These costs are not covered by UTTN jewellery. Charges vary from country to country, if you require further information contact your local customs office before placing your order.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
After placing your order an email confirmation is automatically generated. Double check your junk mail and if there is still no sign of an email confirmation please contact us and we’ll look into this for you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
There is a 30min order editing & cancellation window. After this time we will be unable to amend your order. However once you have received your order you can contact us to start the returns process for any eligible items. Our return & refund policy and guidelines can be viewed here.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE/COLOUR?
For a seamless experience, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are currently not possible.
